A full chimney (the large Weber variety) of charcoal is generally enough to cook two pizzas in a 22.5" kettle. The second pizza will take longer as the heat begins to drop, but it is still within acceptable time limits. I put the stone in as soon as I spread the coals and let it heat up for about 5 minutes; this also allows any coals that aren't fully lit and the kettle itself to heat up.

I have a question. About how much charcoal did you use ? and how long did you pre-heat the stone.

The pizza's look great

Thanks
