There seems to be a leftover theme associated with pulled pork in the blogosphere this week. Curt McAdams just got done with his third “better than leftovers” post over on Livefire, Twitterers have been posting all kinds of pictures of things made with leftover pulled pork, and this was lunch today:
There is something really fun about pulled pork. It’s versatile, easy to reheat, and goes well on just about any sort of bread. This was a flax flatbread covered with pulled pork, some of the leftover sauce, and fresh tomato and avocado. Now I’m thinking about pulled pork burritos for dinner…

Great post. I just found your site, and you are doing great. I have linked you, and will be back often. Thanks for the effort, I love new ideas.
and take a look at my redneck cake for another idea for Pulle Pork leftovers

Thanks, greatly appreciate it! I find it ironic that I came across your blog just yesterday as a result of the guest post by Chris from NibbleMeThis. I need to update some of the links on the site, but it is only a matter of time before I get yours on here as well. What you are doing is very similar to what I started out to do here, but at a much more intense level.
Keep up the good fight!
I bet your co-workers hate you at lunch time, too! Isn’t it fun, looking at their puppy dog eyes peering over their McDonald’s bag lunches at your warmed up leftovers?
I am fortunate enough to work from home most of the time, so any lunchtime “co-workers” also have access to the refrigerator and microwave. Why do you think I post pictures of all this; I have to disturb those remote folks somehow…
Good looking lunch ZP, wish I had bought some avocados now.
