		<description>Both sides were sprinkled with crushed sage, dried basil, granulated garlic, and some ground pepper while sitting in a mixture of white wine, a dash of soy sauce, and some apple juice.  The chicken was cooked cut side down for the first half of the cook, and the remainder of the marinade was poured over the chicken when it was turned over for the remainder of the cook.

The chicken got turned over again for the picture above, so some of the juices ran off, but it was still plenty juicy and flavorful when it came time to eat.</description>
