		<description>I like the new hat ZP, that looks like it is that start of a useful new mod.  I also like the looks of that meal, country style ribs are meant for BBQ.</description>

		<description>Bad weather is just another challenge to overcome.  This particular &quot;hat&quot; won&#039;t keep all the rain off (especially if there is any wind), but it keeps the majority out and still allows access to the vent.  I had fewer issues keeping the temps down, so Chris&#039; (from NibbleMeThis) suggestion regarding the terracotta hat keeping the temps up may have had some validity.  After all, he is an EggHead and likely knows what he is talking about when it comes to cookers like this... :)</description>
