Meat and potatoes

Pigdog scored on some ribeye steaks the other day and was kind enough to bring a couple over for a test drive. So on the Performer they went with some russet potatoes that had been baking for awhile.

You don’t have to do much to ribeyes, and these were no exceptions. A little soy sauce, a dash of Worcestershire, some fresh ground pepper and a sprinkling of granulated garlic made for some good eating.

As you can see, there wasn’t much else to this meal, nor did there need to be. (To be honest, there was a tasty salad, but no point in showing it here as it didn’t get cooked on the Que). Hopefully this makes up for all those meat-and-potatoes types out there that were outraged by all those veggies I grilled last week…
