What do you do? I don’t know about the rest of you, but I pulled out the Performer, fired it up, and went looking for things to cook on it. So I started with some of this…
And then added some of this…
Mixed it all together in a pan and put it back on the grill…
Made sure my trusty assistant was in sight, and away from the food…
And ended up with some real tasty fajitas.
The homemade guacamole really topped this off nicely, and there will be leftovers as the rest of the family won’t be joining me at the lake until later this evening. Maybe I should hide the leftovers before they get here…

Actually there was very little wind when I took that picture. Cocoa is part shepherd, part lab (we think), and the ears go in every direction. I tried to get a picture with them crossed over the top of her head, but she wouldn’t cooperate…
