I will definitely use foil the next time around; the pizza pan was a huge mess and had to soak for a bit in order to get all the gunk off it. And as long as the plate setter doesn't have chunks all over it, I don't mind a few stains.

I use a pizza pan covered with foil, just so I don't have to clean that mess. I also sometimes just use extra wide foil. Both work.

The easiest way to clean a plate setter is putting it in legs down and burn it off at 500 or so (be careful though, not sure how this will deflect heat towards the gasket on a BK compared to the Egg.

I think you are really going to enjoy using that plate setter and you'll quit worrying about how it looks before long ;)

And if you ever break one of the legs (I dropped mine about 6" once), JBWeld will fix it perfectly.

The mango-peach and marionberry are both real tasty. I don't recall having the jalapeno-lime or raspberry; if memory serves me correct they used to have a blueberry that was tasty as well.

Columbia Empire Farms. They are in Dundee, OR, and you can order the jelly online at https://www.yournw.com/cart/searchlist.php?action=view&prod_id=739. However I can safely say that it was a LOT cheaper to get it at Costlyco, especially when you factor in the shipping costs.
