It seems that it is a very popular cut on the West Coast and virtually non-existent in other parts of the country. You might try going to a butcher and seeing if they will cut some for you, although I shudder at the cost of custom cuts. We buy them in the large Cryovac packages at the local warehouse store, repackage them with a Foodsealer, and freeze them until we're ready to pull them out.
