I haven’t burnt a pizza on the grill but I have farked up many a meal like this and learned a lot in the process. Like tonight for example, I tried cooking burgers in a skillet inside. They sucked and the boys were in agreement – On the grill from now on.

Hey Z-Paws. This burnt pizza thing has me thinking. Have you ever given any thought to providing a “No Excuses BBQ” section for Beginners ? You have lots of info for the pros and semi-pros that follow you, but how about helping out those who need to be taught how to NOT Faux BBQ. What do think ???
