For smaller cuts of fish and the more delicate varieties I use a grill tray. You can see a picture of it in this post.

Did you use a tray or something for the fish? I have always had rough times grilling fish without a metal tray or a cedar board.

Looks good! I would have used a combination of yogurt, mayonnaise, and sour cream and lime juice instead of lemon, but it makes me hungry!
