Spring has sprung

And around here that means the same as every other season. Time to cook outdoors. Not wanting to disappoint, tonight was Cajun shrimp and sweet potato grill fries on Bubba Ho-Keg.


In order to offset all that orange, foo-foo green salad with dried cranberries and crushed walnuts mixed with a bleu cheese vinaigrette was added to the plate. After all, we’re in the Pacific NorthWet and don’t want to be mistaken for a Syracuse fan…


Now that was some good eatin’. Even Oldest Daughter was impressed, although Younger Daughter chose to eat a leftover Subway sandwich to avoid the shrimp. No accounting for taste when dealing with teenagers…
