The cooking equivalent of writer’s cramp

I’m almost ashamed to write this post and share the pictures of tonight’s meal. But it was cooked on Bubba Ho-Keg, so it qualifies for the blog. Without further adieu, I present a meal that took no thought, no planning, and not much in the way of cooking challenges.

That’s right, you’re looking at Italian sausages and beef franks with beans. Do I need to provide any additional description or directions?

Not even the buns were special. What can I say, it was my first day back at work after four days off. No creativity remained at the end of the day, as witness what was cooked for dinner and this post.

But I did say I would record all of the outdoor cooking experiences…
