		<description>Hard to go wrong as long as you are paying attention...  The bones on your sight all looked real good, and it sounded like the guests were pleased.  The real way to tell is that the ribs are all gone and there are burgers and dogs left over... ;)</description>

		<description>Brisket enchilasagna strikes again!  Looks great.

I did another set of beef ribs and my first set of babybacks yesterday on the Keg.  Once again the things must be idiot proof because they came out great!  Pictures are up on my site if interested.</description>

		<description>It tasted great!  I guess I&#039;m just a big wimp when it comes to spicing things up.  That ice cream was a really nice touch, though.  I highly recommend plenty of sour cream with this one.</description>

		<description>The tacos were excellent, and if you can control your cooker temps overnight is the way to go for brisket and pork butts.  The enchilasanga is the lazy-man&#039;s way to do enchiladas and avoid all that rolling of tortillas and stress involved in removing them from the pan without destroying them.  Good with other meats as well (pulled pork, chicken, etc.).</description>

		<description>The brisket looks outstanding both whole and sliced.  I&#039;m going to start cooking mine overnight as well.  I didn&#039;t think the taco pic below was bad and I&#039;ll bet the product was delicious.  I&#039;m gonna have to try the enchilasagna.</description>
