I have confidence it will be done in another week and a half, it is a pretty small kitchen after all.  I guess I was not prepared for how hard it would be to do things with food other places!  I have to cook my St Louis Ribs this weekend and that will be interesting trying to set those up (trim, rub, etc).  I guess I can move it all out on the deck.  I have to cook this weekend, enough micro food.</description>
