Steak and Cheesy Taters

Pigdog and I are at the lake this week, and last night ribeye steaks and cheesy potatoes were on the menu. Oh, and some gussied up canned string beans. This is what happens when I’m too lazy (or busy) to go to the store.


Pigdog will probably tell everyone that if this meal was a result of me not going to the store that I ought to not go more often. On the other hand, he came over tonight for country style ribs with spicy apricot sauce and he knows that he wouldn’t have had that if I hadn’t made a run to the store today.

But you’ll have to check back tomorrow to see the results of tonight’s effort…
