Saturday Night Not-so-special

Some nights you bow to pressure and cook what the family asks for regardless of how much you might want to make something new and exciting. So tonight was Cheesy Taters and pork tenderloin on Bubba Ho-Keg.

The pork was simply sprinkled with some rub Oldest Daughter scored for me a few months back at the Portland Saturday Market, and the Cheesy Taters were, well, cheesy taters. The family is happy.

Besides, I couldn’t think of something new and exciting to cook tonight anyway…
