It ain’t odd, it’s cod. Sprinkled with a little Simply Marvelous Sweet and Spicy rub and thrown on a not-very-well-customized Frog Mat on the BS Keg.
The head Catholic in the house reminded me that Lent is just around the corner, and that Fridays will soon be off limits for beef, pork, and other non-aquatic meats. That didn’t stop me from fixing it tonight, since it had been awhile since I had any. I blame this on being stuck at the lake with Pigdog all last week; that dude don’t eat fish.
The nicest part about this meal is that there was enough fish leftover to repurpose for tomorrow’s lunch.
