What do you get when you are emptying the freezer and pressed for time due to renovation preparation? You get portions of steak and chicken that aren’t enough to feed a family of four by themselves, but together make for a pretty good dinner.

Both the steak and the chicken were given a generous sprinkling of Big Dick’s Dry Rub, and the chicken was bathed in Big Butz No Butz sauce for the last 5 minutes of the cook. Onions and peppers were cooked in a foil pouch with some butter, salt, and pepper, and tater tots were available for the kiddies even though they didn’t make it into the picture.
All in all, not a bad meal at all for something thrown together in a hurry, especially since I have no plans on cooking again until at least Monday. Assuming I survive moving all our stuff into storage this weekend…

Hi!
Do you accept products to review? I work for a company that makes just-add-water BBQ Sauce, and I’d love for you to give it a try.
Let me know, please!
Also, I apologize for the comment approach. I can’t seem to find an email address on here!
Thanks,
Amanda
I do, and no, I don’t have my email posted here. One of these days I’ll get around to setting up a contact form…
I’ll send you an email with contact information.
Looks just fine to me! What kind of renovations are you doing? Always fun times, ha!
The kind that require the same effort as moving. In a word, extensive…
Oh wow….All my best. We only did our kitchen last summer and that was a tough go.
