Are they still Spring Rolls…

… if you make them in the summer? And are they still Asian if you use leftover Swashbuckler Chicken with Caribbean spices? All these questions, and all these ingredients…

It turns out that leftover Swashbuckler Caribbean Chicken goes well in Asian spring rolls made in the summer. And if you make enough of them, you have a meal.

I’m sure that whatever makes it on the grill tomorrow will create new leftovers, especially since it is only me for another few days. It’ll be nice when the family returns and I can go back to cooking “normal” amounts of food.

Not to mention having someone else around to help with the dishes…
