Take a pork rib roast, rub it with brown sugar, granulated garlic, red chili powder, ground basil, and a dash of salt. Smoke it on Bubba Ho-Keg over some apple wood for a couple of hours, and you have a meal fit for a king. Or at least a Pigdog, especially after you carve out thick chops with their own handles. You know, Porksicles…

Add some corn on the cob and some fresh green beans and carrots cooked up in foil and you have two guys sitting around after dinner moaning about how they ate too much.

We have enough left over to a meal tomorrow. Now we just have to figure out if it will be lunch or breakfast…
