Almost Reuben Sliders

Rye bread? Nope, all gone. Swiss cheese? Nope, it was all gone as well. So much for more Reuben sandwiches today. But wait, there is a rye party round loaf and cheddar, so why not make some Almost Reuben Sliders?

I suppose I could have fired up the BS Keg to toast these, but instead wimped out and used the toaster oven. Didn’t seem to matter though; these things disappeared pretty quickly once they were toasted.

My wife raised an interesting question though. She wants to know why I called them sliders when clearly they were goners…
