Irish all my meals were this easy

I’ll spare you the pictures of cabbage sitting on the top of a dutch oven on the BS Keg and skip right to the meal.

For those that don’t know how to do this, throw the corned beef brisket (this one was a point, but flats work just as well) in the Dutch oven, add some taters, carrots, and onions, add a bit of water, toss in the contents of the spice packet that seem to always appear in the corned beef packets, cover, and cook until tender. This one took about 2 hours. Cut the cabbage into wedges, add to the pot, cook for another 15 minutes, then take it out and enjoy. We sure did…

Hopefully you all had a happy and safe St. Patrick’s Day, whether you be Irish or not. Now I’m off to tap into the bottle of Jameson’s hidden in the back of the liquor cabinet…
