Those ain’t no spring chickens under the taters, they’re game hens. Sprinkled with Simply Marvelous Pecan rub.
We’re at the lake, and the DSLR isn’t, so pay no attention to the sub-par photos. One of these days I’ll figure out how to steady the iPhone better for the close-up shots on the grill. On the other hand, leaning your elbows on the counter is almost as good as having a tripod.
But not as good as that meal tasted…
