I had to post this to show an example of what to do the morning after a fatty cook. I made a breakfast fatty sandwich using multi-grain muffins, a slice of cheddar cheese, some egg whites, and (of course) a couple of slices of the fatty I cooked last night.
Nothing like starting the morning out with some clogged arteries. I liked it so much I made some for the kids using a whole egg. I wanted them to get the full-fat experience…
