For those that must know, that is a ribeye steak with Blackened Cajun seasoning mix from a street vendor in Portland. It was cooked medium-rare and served with red potatoes cooked in foil with green onions, fresh cilantro, and a nice Italian shredded cheese mix. Oh, and jicama salad. Made with pineapple this time.
Tomorrow I should probably go mow Pigdog’s lawn to atone for not inviting him to go to the lake with us this week. He’s gonna be real mad when he sees this meal…
