I don’t think I need to say much about this, other than it tasted as good as it looked.
For those that need more information, this was chopped pork nachos made with leftovers from a recent cook. The guacamole was homemade from fresh avocados, and the rest of the ingredients are pretty obvious.
Disclaimer: Eating this too often will contribute to excessive post-meal napping. And likely weight gain. And although I will be doing some things for the National Pork Board in some upcoming posts, they had nothing to do with this batch. But passing it up entirely is probably a crime somewhere.
