That title ought to get me in trouble, or at the very least draw a whole new level of comment spam. There wasn’t any spam on the pizzas though, so on with the show.
You’ve likely seen this one here before. It’s what I refer to at the My Thai Chicken Pizza Pie, complete with peanut sauce, leftover tequila-lime chicken, mozzarella cheese, cilantro, onions, and bean sprouts. Oh, and peanuts. Lets not forget those (which I almost did; they went on about half way through the baking process).
Next up was the veggie pizza. No sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and mushrooms.
This one didn’t turn out as well as I hoped. Next time I’ll use feta cheese instead of the mozzarella, and not nearly as much. And now that I know that Auntie doesn’t like mushrooms, olives will be on the next one. And if the wife isn’t looking, I’ll sneak some green onions on as well.
The third pizza was the best of the evening. Don’t get me wrong, the Thai Chicken pizza was delicious, but this one was even better.
Good thing everyone was pretty full by the time this one was done. Now I have high-quality snacks for later this evening…
