The last couple of days have been busy with family festivities that included a lot of cooking on my part. So in an attempt to recover from a serious food coma, here’s some photos of what put me there. First up, prime rib on the BS Keg.

There were twice-baked potatoes and asparagus on the grill as well. Here’s proof.

All that was from Christmas Eve, follow on the footsteps of that stuffed pork loin from the night before. For good measure, a ham was on the BS Keg for Christmas day.

No plated pictures were taken of the ham. You’ll have to trust me when I say that it was one of the best we’ve had in quite a while.

I’ve had plenty of turkey and prime rib this holiday season but not the first bite of ham. I know what I want on New Years now.
There is a real good chance we will have ham gain on New Year’s Eve. The thawed ham in the refrigerator is what gives me the biggest clue…
