… is just a fancy name for leftovers. But at least I started with some fresh ingredients. Like pork tenderloin…

The pork was dusted with Simply Marvelous Spicy Apple rub and was good enough to eat without any sauce. However, I had leftover Asian NoBob sauce from the chicken wings on Sunday, and it would have been wrong to let it go to waste.

There is still a bit of sauce left over, but the two pork tenderloins disappeared pretty fast. I have insider information that the remainder of the Asian NoBob sauce will be combined with some cream cheese and eaten with crackers, most likely later this evening.
Repurposing, indeed.

It all looks good but I also love the idea of the cream cheese. That would be a great stuffing for a pork tenderloin too. Just sayin’.
I already use cream cheese when stuffing tenderloins, so this would make for an interesting twist. Put the heat on the inside…
Nice work. Not sure which bug is hitting me harder now; BSK cooking bug or fishing bug. I HATE winter, but you know that.
And yet you continue to live in parts of the world with horrible winters. You must really like those Patriots…
