The pastrami threat didn’t materialize as the corned beef wasn’t removed from the freezer in time to properly thaw. However, babyback ribs were available, and on the BS Keg by early afternoon.
That was the last picture I took today that was even remotely decent. You’ll have to believe me that once the ribs were foiled and sauced they tasted great.
Maybe I should have spent more time working on my photography skills and less time watching House of Cards on Netflix. Of course, that’s what got me to thinking about ribs in the first place.
I guess TV does make you hungry…
