It might be the swordfish that was on the grill last night.
You’d think that swordfish sprinkled with lime juice, EVOO, and some 21 Seasoning Salute from TJ’s would be a meal fit for a king, especially when served over a zucchini-corn-tomato-black bean base with some grilled onions on the side.
Well you’d be right, but only if the fish hadn’t been in the freezer too long. Sometimes you just can’t cover up the fish smell. The kid’s portions came out of a different package than the adult’s, so their’s was actually pretty good. Wish I could say that about mine.
At least the veggies were tasty.
