Tonight was a first. Ever. SWMBO had an entire dish of stir fry and didn’t find a single objectionable veggie that ultimately ended up on my plate.
It appears leaving out veggies like onions (except for green or scallions) and peppers does the trick. This batch contained sliced chicken breast, green onions, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, bok choy, and bean sprouts. The sauce was equal amounts of soy, hoisin, sriracha, and sweet chili sauces with a bit of cornstarch dissolved in water to thicken.
Tasty and filling. Even if I didn’t get extra veggies from the wife.
