Did I mention I bought a nice sampler pack of bison from a farm back in the midwest? If it isn’t obvious by now, I’ve been testing it out, and tonight was meatloaf. And a mighty fine one, as well.
And even though this isn’t a sponsored post, McCormick’s Grill Mates are going to get their due credit. In addition to the ground bison, hot pork sausage, shredded zucchini (yep, that’s right), carrot, bell pepper, green onion, and cilantro, a fair amount of Worcestershire Pub Burger spice mix and Montreal Steak Sauce found their way onto the meatloaf. Made for a nice, juicy, and flavorful meal.
Ok, not my finest moment with the camera and plating, but who can blame me for being in such a hurry to dig in? The only problem with this meal was insufficient leftovers for sandwiches.
