Still a Ribeye

I ate large quantities of raw fish yesterday as part of a birthday celebration, so today it seemed only right to make up for it by grilling up a few ribeye steaks.

These weren’t your ordinary beef ribeye steaks, but instead were bison steaks. Fewer calories and fat than the same amount of chicken, but all the taste you would expect from a nice marbled beef ribeye. Not only that, but it went well with the trashbag taters.

Now I get to run off to a Booster meeting and show Pigdog what he missed out on by staying at work so late.

That ought to teach him to fire up a grill in my honor and not invite me over to partake in whatever he cooked on it…
