The tenderloin deserves a few words. It was dusted with McCormick Grill Mates Worcestershire Pub Burger spice mix, roasted indirectly on the BS Keg until almost done (140°F), then drizzled with some roasted chipotle jam I found shoved in the back of one of the kitchen cabinets. Yep, I gave the tenderloin the MOINK treatment…

Good stuff, and not high in calories when paired with the asparagus and cabbage slaw. Who knows, if I keep eating like this I might even lose a pound or two.
