More BBQ Quotations (maybe…)

by zydecopaws on April 4, 2009

I got to thinking about those BBQ quotations I found the other day and thought I would post some other quotations related to BBQ by persons of historical significance.  Since I really couldn’t find anything on the web about it, I figured I would rectify that situation.  Here’s some more of dubious origin:

“To BBQ or not to BBQ, that is the question.”  William Shakespeare (Hamlet)

“Beam me up Scotty.  There is no good BBQ on this planet.”  James T. Kirk

“I BBQ, therefore I am.”  Rene Descartes (I believe the original was in Latin: ” BBQ, ergo sum.”)

“We are what we repeatedly do. BBQ, then, is not an act, but a habit.”  Aristotle

“And in the end the BBQ you take is equal to the BBQ you make.”  The Beatles

“BBQ should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.”  Albert Einstein

“Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything barbecued.”  Albert Einstein

“BBQ cannot be held responsible for people falling in love.”  Albert Einstein

I will have to continue my research in this area, especially where it comes to good old Albert Einstein.  From what I hear, he was a real lover of good BBQ…
