It is an unfortunate reality that there are a lot of folks out there that seem to think putting barbecue sauce over some meat and rendering it into “fall-off-the-bone” compost in a crockpot all day is somehow something that can be called “barbecue”. Ribeyes, trashbag taters, and a salad. The ribeyes got a sprinkling of soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and some Cajun seasoning mix. On the grill they went, and they came off looking something like this.
