- Ahi Tuna steaks
- Spice Islands Louisiana Cajun spice mix
- Cayenne Pepper
Liberally sprinkle each ahi steak with equal amounts of Cajun spice mix and cayenne pepper. Place on the grill directly over hot coals and sear for about 3 minutes. Turn the fish over and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove and eat immediately. The fish will be sashimi-like on the inside with a nice ring of cooked fish around the outside.
