Cooking fish on the BBQ is one of my favorite ways to prepare it, and cod is no exception. This recipe has a bit of a bite to it from the Jamaican Jerk spice, and can be whipped up in about 20 minutes.
- Cod fillets
- Spice Islands Jamaican Jerk spice mix
- Dill weed
- Fresh ground pepper
Lightly sprinkle each cod fillet with the herbs and seasoning. Cook indirectly on the grill for about 20 minutes (no need to turn the fillets). Remove and enjoy…
