		<description>The pepper jelly I normally use is more like a jelly with some ground up bits in it.  All the chutneys I&#039;ve seen have a lot bigger chunks and more of them, and less jelly consistency.

Having said that, feel free to be creative with the glaze. We&#039;ve used a variety of sauces and glazes; some are better than others, and sometimes they are good without any glaze at all if you have a favorite rub.</description>
